Monitored Patrol Activity

Our patrol technology displays the officers’ patrol activities throughout our clients’ properties, instantly, which includes a daily summary of all patrol activity for the last 24 hours.  This valuable feature helps many of our clients reduce insurance costs, lower property damage and to identify maintenance work orders. 

Visitor Management

Our ‘cloud-based’ visitor management technology improves the guest experience by making the check-in process efficient and nearly seamless (no more paper logs to file).  Also, it allows our clients to have a cloud-based record, immediately accessible, of who is on their properties.

Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) is a data driven and proactive approach to quality improvement. It combines two approaches – Quality Assurance (QA) and Performance Improvement (PI). QA is a process used to ensure services are meeting quality standards and incorporates our customer’s on-going feedback.  PI ensures we get better every day by learning from past experiences and eliminating complacency.  We have ‘hardwired’ this approach to quality outcomes and continued process, people and performance improvement.

Our Safety Coordinator oversees our Health, Safety and Wellness program and standards.  We all play an equal part. Our officers are trained to identify and report any/all incidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions to their supervisors immediately. State-of-the-Art Behavioral Assessments

Behavioral assessments help Covenant Security Solutions understand behavioral traits and characteristics of a candidate before hire.  This ensures we make the best-fit choice for each individual job opening – and for each individual client location.  In this process, we have partnered with HR Gems, a leading expert in the field of specialized staffing.  This methodical process includes observing the applicant’s behavior, using a series of questions, and analyzing responses.  We bind the behavioral assessments with a very comprehensive background investigation performed by our private investigator.
